Our roots as a family barbershop run deep!
It starts back in 1953...

Arven Francom opened his first shop in the small railroad town of Green River Wyoming. He passed the trade on to his twin sons, Rick and Ron, who carried on the tradition. Ron opened his first shop in Provo, Utah while putting himself through college, later joining the Air Force and eventually building a successful career as a stockbroker. Years down the road, he encouraged his own children to learn a trade, just as his father had once done.
In 1998, Ron’s daughter Angela and son Rick opened the 9 to 9 Barbershop in Draper, with Ron joining them shortly after to return to his barbering roots. Draper was growing fast, and the shop quickly became a local favorite. For years, the three worked side by side along with a talented team of barbers. Life took its turns—Angela moved away for her husband’s career, and Rick eventually changed professions as it was getting increasingly hard to be on his feet all day. Ron kept things going, committed to serving the Draper community and carrying on the family tradition.
In 2025, Angela returned to Utah and rejoined the shop just as Ron began planning his semi-retirement. With 27 years under our belt, we knew it was time for a refresh—remodeling the space, adjusting our hours, and rebranding to reflect where we’re headed. We are excited to now be known as The Bullseye Barbershop!
We're incredibly grateful for the loyal clients who have supported us through the years and are looking forward to continuing on with that familiar spirit while offering a fresh new experience for the next generation.
